The cosy townhouse is in the middle of Skopelos' old town, in a very lively neighbourhood with Greek neighbours. Life goes on here and you might hear loud singing and laughter.

You reach your entrance via a pedestrian street. On the ground floor, you will find the cool bedroom with a double bed (1.40m x 2.00m), a noiseless fan and a bathroom with shower and toilet. Bedside table and storage space are provided. The bathroom is separated from the sleeping area by a curtain. A staircase leads to the living area with living room and open kitchen. The kitchen includes: fridge, freezer, cooking elements and a toaster. Between the rooms is a small counter with two stools. You can not only sit there, but also on the sofa bed (box spring 0.90m x 2.00m, on wheels) in the living room. Radio and CD player are provided. The house offers a mix of modern style and history, where old and new meet. Designer furniture, antiques, original art - with a traditional and Greek touch. You will also find a silent ceiling fan. Your accommodation is cleaned once a week and linen is changed.
Through the large French doors, you will access your balcony (2.5m x 3.5m), allowing you to make the most of the sun. From your semi-covered balcony with garden furniture, you have a beautiful view of the old town and the mountains. You can park on a path about 30 steps up. The advantage of this is that you won't hear the sound of car engines. In general, parking on Skopelos is free.
This house can also be rented in combination with another flat for up to four people. The two houses share a common back wall and are connected by an inner door. The entrances to the houses are on different streets.
A lively residential area awaits you. In just a 10-minute walk downhill you will reach Skopelos' harbour, while Glyfoneri beach on the other side of the mountain is about a 15-20-minute walk away. Did you know that Skopelos was used in the film "Mamma Mia"? Were you also impressed by the beautiful surroundings? The church of Agios Ioannis, the Vakratsa House museum and the port of Glossa are definitely worth a visit. Nature lovers are also in for a treat here. Nearby, you will find beautiful nature and several hiking trails.
