This holiday home is located directly behind the Westerschelde dyke, at the tip of South Beverland, one of eleven recognised Dutch cultural landscapes. It is suitable for a maximum of four people. The central location in Zeeland, with a sandy beach, offers opportunities for swimming, fishing, hiking, kite surfing or simply watching passing ships. A very peaceful environment, with lots of nature (water birds, mudflats, marshes and small polders), ideal for relaxing.
With a living space of around 45 m², everything is on one level. The living room is equipped with a seating area, satellite TV (with all Dutch and German channels) and a stereo system. It is heated by a gas fireplace. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, mini-oven, microwave, kettle, coffee machine and hotplates. The house has two bedrooms. One has a double bed, 1.60 x 2.00 metres and the other has a bunk bed for two people, 0.90 x 2.00 metres. The bathroom has a shower, a WC, a washbasin and a spacious cupboard. There are roller blinds in front of all the windows for darkening and sun protection.
The spacious garden has many plants, a terrace, outdoor lighting and plenty of shaded areas. The garden is not fenced. There is also a garden shed of around 12 m² at your disposal, with a small freezer and garden furniture such as a table, chairs and loungers. A parking space for one vehicle is available directly at the holiday home, a very large communal and free parking space is about 100 metres from the house.
A beach pavilion where you can buy drinks and food is around 200 metres away. A campsite with children's entertainment in the high season and school holidays, a swimming pool with a slide and a shop selling fresh bread every day are around 250 metres away. The cosy town of Goes is around 15 km away and the picturesque village of Hoedekenskerke (with steam train to Goes in high season) is around three kilometres away.
