From the partially covered terrace, you have a lovely view of the dunes and can enjoy the sun there until evening. The beautiful, wide beach is approximately 400 meters away. The apartment is comfortably furnished. The living room features a cozy seating area, an armchair, and a flat-screen TV with satellite reception (including all major German channels). The living room is fully tiled. A large sliding door leads from the living room to the terrace. The dining area is integrated into the living room. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, Senseo coffee machine, toaster, microwave, kettle, and mini-oven, and is fully equipped with all necessary dishes and cutlery. The apartment has two bedrooms with laminate flooring. The first bedroom has a comfortable double bed with box-spring mattresses.
