The flat with a view of the lake is located on the ground floor and is carefully furnished with handcrafted furniture. In the hallway there is a luggage cabinet with chests of drawers and an air-conditioner. The kitchen-living room is furnished with a sofa, an LCD television set with satellite programmes, a table for six and a kitchenette equipped with crockery, pots and pans, cutlery, a four-burner gas cooker, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, a German coffee machine (mellita), a kettle, a toaster and all necessary equipment. There are two bedrooms: one with a double bed (160x190 cm), bedside tables, a three-door wardrobe and a wall safe and the other bedroom with a bunk bed (80x190 cm) and wardrobe. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, bidet, shower, washbasin with mirror and hairdryer. The flat is equipped with air conditioning (hot and cold) and independent heating.

The flat has a 20 sq m private garden with flower beds, a table and chairs with a sun umbrella and 2 deck chairs and a clothesline with clothes pegs.
The entrance is private, exclusively for the client.
