The flat is located on the first floor of a 19th-century Tuscan residence, just a few kilometres from the historical centre of Arezzo, which can be easily reached by car or by train, given the proximity of the structure to a local station that leads directly to the central railway station. Located on the first floor, it has a large terrace overlooking the pool area. It consists of a living room with a double sofa bed and kitchen and a bedroom with an elegant marble bathroom. The residence is surrounded by an Italian-style garden of about 2000 square metres, with an enclosed swimming pool for the use of all guests with deckchairs, sunshades and pool towels, a pergola with a barbecue area, three stone tables, a gazebo for breakfast, a fitness area, a children's play area and a covered video-monitored car park with a column for recharging electric cars.
The entire facility is fenced off and accessed by a gate. Agriturismo Ca de Frati owes its name to an ancient convent that stood nearby. The building, which had been used as a farmhouse for more than two centuries, has recently undergone a thorough restoration, enhancing all the original elements and using building materials typical of the Tuscan countryside.
Given the central location of our town, and being 6 km from the motorway, you can reach Florence in an hour, Rome and Bologna in two hours, and the Adriatic and Tyrrhenian seas can be reached in two hours.
We are also central for being able to visit our four valleys rich in history and immersed in nature.
