Our facility is located in Tre Fontane, in western Sicily, and is intended for those who wish to spend their holidays in a peaceful setting, just a few metres from the sea.
"La Dependance" has no. 2 rooms with all comforts, a fully equipped kitchen, an indoor dining room, and a panoramic veranda. A splendid house a few steps from the sea with a large veranda. Guests will have double rooms with air conditioning, satellite TV, en-suite bathroom and private veranda. During the summer, 'La Dependance' offers a relaxing holiday by the sea with a large beach.
The facility was opened in August 2011.
The facility is located near the Archaeological Park of Selinunte and Cave di Cusa, the temples of Agrigento, the Egadi Islands, the Zingaro Nature Reserve, the island of Mothia, and the medieval towns of Erice and Segesta.
In autumn, our area, rich in vineyards and olive groves, offers the possibility of wine and food excursions and tastings of typical local products.
