"La Casa di Maria" is a newly renovated flat on the ground floor of a private detached house in a quiet location away from all noise. Its strategic position is ideal for those who, travelling by car and after visiting the wonderful surroundings, need to relax. The flat is about 15 km from the centre of Cagliari. A motorway quickly connects to the south-east coast of Sardinia with its beautiful, world-famous beaches. From here it is also easy to reach archaeological and naturalistic destinations. About 2/3 km. away there are supermarkets, shops and a pharmacy. The flat is fully furnished with a separate kitchen, equipped with all utensils, microwave, steam cooker, toaster, coffee kettle. The living room has a fireplace, television. The bathroom is equipped with shower, hairdryer available. Air conditioning, wi-fi, washing machine, iron and ironing board available. At the entrance of the flat, large patio with table and armchairs, barbecue and private parking inside the courtyard, accessible by automatic gate opener. Suitable for disabled people as there are no architectural barriers. Pets not allowed.
The large courtyard allows you to park your car with access through a remote opening gate. The large front patio has a wicker sofa with armchairs and small table, while the patio behind the house has a washing machine and clothesline. A large concrete barbecue is available near the patio. The property is fully fenced.
The flat is arranged on one floor and has air conditioning/heat pump everywhere. It consists of a large living room with a fireplace, sofa, television and a large table with chairs. The master bedroom has a 160x200 bed, a wardrobe and 2 bedside tables. The second bedroom has 2 beds 80x190, a wardrobe and 2 bedside tables. The kitchen, which is independent of the other rooms, has all the utensils, pots, dishes, glasses.... a microwave oven/vaporizer, a toaster, an American coffee machine. The bathroom with shower has a hairdryer. The entire access to the house has no architectural barriers so it is easily accessible to handicapped guests.
