Discover the comfort and elegance of our spacious 80 m² four-room flat, located on the ground floor and enhanced by a furnished, covered private terrace, the perfect holiday retreat. Designed to accommodate up to 7 guests, our flat offers a homely atmosphere and all the comforts of home.
The interior features three cosy double bedrooms and a living room with a comfortable double sofa bed (ideal for 1 child up to 12 years), as well as all modern technologies such as satellite TV. The kitchen is fully equipped with a 4-burner gas cooker, refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, and an electric coffee machine, perfect for preparing delicious meals at home. In addition, you will find two modern, functional bathrooms with showers to ensure maximum comfort during your stay.
Outside, you will enjoy a private terrace, ideal for relaxing or dining al fresco, surrounded by a communal garden, where greenery and tranquillity will envelop you. And for those travelling with a four-legged friend, we are happy to accept a pet.
There are also 2 swimming pools in the residence. A large one (12x6 m, 110 to 220 cm deep) and a children's pool (6x4 m, 60 cm deep), both open from Easter to mid-October, located in a corner with a breathtaking view; there is also a laundry room, a large meeting room, a barbecue, table tennis, boules and children's games. Charging station for electric cars. Wi-Fi only in public areas.
The flat is in a prime location, only 4000 metres from a grocery shop, making your daily shopping quick and easy.
