The flat is on the raised ground floor of a four-family house located in a quiet residential area of Castiglioncello, a maritime hamlet of Rosignano Marittimo. The flat has an independent entrance and consists of a kitchen-living room with a sofa bed for two persons (160x190 cm), a dining table and a kitchenette separated from the living room by a low wall and equipped with an oven, a gas cooker, a fridge with freezer and a microwave. There are two double bedrooms: one with a double bed (160x190 cm) and one with two single beds (80x190 cm each). The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub.
