The flat is centrally located in an old building in the heart of Cefalù, close to the most famous tourist attractions and a short distance from the sandy beach and the sea. The flat is only 40 metres from the beach. It is located in a very quiet area of the town, in one of the picturesque alleys of the historic centre, where only the sound of the Mediterranean Sea can be heard. It is the perfect accommodation for a pleasant and cosy holiday by the sea in Sicily.

The bedroom opens onto a balcony with sea view. From here, you can enjoy the sunset in a peaceful setting, listening to the song of the seagulls. Private parking is available just a seven-minute walk away.

On the ground floor there is a dining room with simple, functional furnishings: a sofa bed, a table with chairs and a TV with national channels. A pretty window offers a wonderful view of the sea. There is a small kitchen with a cooker, a gas hob, a new cabinet, a refrigerator and a washing machine. Pots, pans, plates, glasses, an Italian coffee machine, cutlery and everything necessary for cooking are provided. The dining room also leads to the bathroom. It is small and has a shower, sink, toilet, hairdryer and washing machine. A staircase leads from the dining room to the relaxation area. The furniture is functional but comfortable. There is a wardrobe, a double bed and two bedside tables with lamps. The flat is equipped with heating and air conditioning.
The property is close to an Italian language school owned by the owner and is within walking distance of shops, restaurants, supermarkets, internet points, bars, cinemas, beaches, wineries, supermarkets and fishmongers. Cefalù is a beautiful Mediterranean town on the northern coast of Sicily. It is centrally located and easily accessible from major airports and motorways. Its central location offers easy access to the island's famous towns and attractions. The city boasts a beautiful sandy beach. There are many shops, bars and restaurants where you can enjoy good, authentic Sicilian cuisine. There are also many cultural activities.
