The Residence offers the possibility of spending unforgettable holidays or quiet weekends in total relaxation, alternating it with the incomparable experiences that the local gastronomy offers with a variety of flavours that change with the seasons.
The property area includes the car park, in front of the residence, and a green area of approximately 3,000 m2, where we find the 14 x 6 m swimming pool, with sun loungers and parasols, a grass volleyball court, indoor table football, table tennis, as well as a second area adjacent to the swimming pool, with tables, chairs, a large gazebo and barbecue. Travelling in the Roero is an experience that leaves indelible sensations of orderly, unspoilt landscapes: from the rows of vines, which yield great wines, to the wooded areas rich in vegetation and wild animals that populate its stupendous fortresses.
From September onwards, the environment is filled with the images of the 'trifolao' with their faithful dogs in search of the 'precious' truffle, which here finds the ideal terrain to best release its unmistakable and delicious perfume; up on the hillsides, hidden amidst colours that are unique in nature, from yellow ochre to fiery red to orange, the vine-dressers are intent on the delicate operations of harvesting, and everywhere it is a great celebration.
In the centre of this beautiful setting, in Cisterna d'Asti, is the Nocente family's Residence 'Le Betulle'.
By car, you can visit Alba, capital of the Langhe and world-famous for its truffles, which is only 15 km away, as well as Asti, the medieval and Palio city, 16 km away. Turin is 48 km away.
For those who would also like to spend a day at the seaside, the coast of Liguria (pictured is one of the beaches at Bergeggi, 8 km from Savona) is 145 km away, 120 km of which are on the motorway. For the more energetic, it is also possible to visit the beautiful scenery of the Alps: Sestriere (photo), for example, is 125 km away. For those who don't give up shopping even on holiday, we recommend the highly visited Designer Outlet in Serravalle Scrivia, 90 km away.
