Our one-room apartment 'Rose 1' is located at Via delle Rose, no. 9 in Desenzano del Garda. It is located in a quiet residential area, with the countryside just a few steps away.
There is free parking in front of the building.
Distances: We are 2 kilometres from the centre of Desenzano, so about 25 minutes on foot and 5 min by car and 1 kilometre from the station (about 10-15 min on foot and 1 min by car).
City bus with bus stop in front of the property.
Our studio has a small kitchen with: induction hob, kettle, coffee moke, pots, cutlery, set of plates - glasses - cups.
Double bed, two-door wardrobe, bedside table and private bathroom with shower.
Towels and bed linen are provided.
Outside you can enjoy a small garden on the ground floor and a shared terrace on the first floor.
There are only 4 flats in the building, so it is very quiet!
