The property is a few minutes' drive from the historic centre of Ferrara, which can also be reached by bicycle in 10 minutes. The area is therefore very quiet despite being a stone's throw from the city and a few minutes from the Ferrara Nord motorway exit. Surrounding the flat, which is part of a B&B and therefore has the possibility of adding breakfast, is a large garden with a small pool suitable for children or for cooling off and an expanse of cultivated fields. The garden outside is part of the communal areas.
The property's garden is naturally enclosed by a hedge and is enriched by a small pool, a children's area and an indoor relaxation area with sauna and whirlpool.
On the ground floor there is an entrance hall, living room with dining table, at the rear a walled kitchen and spacious bathroom with shower.
On the mezzanine floor is the open-plan sleeping area with a double bed, two single beds and a double sofa bed.
To increase privacy two screens separate the double bed from the single beds.
