Casa O is a completely renovated 19th-century stone house on three floors (approx. 100 sq m), located in the hamlet of Pascoso (municipality of Pescaglia, province of Lucca, Tuscany), in the Apuan Alps Park, 700 m above sea level. Briefly, the house consists of: 1 large kitchen with fireplace, 1 living room (with sofa bed), 2 bedrooms (1 double and 1 twin), 1 bathroom with shower and 1 laundry room (pantry). The front door leads to the entrance hall, where there is the kitchen (left), the living room (right) and stairs leading to the bedrooms and bathroom on the upper floor. The house is set on a hill, with three floors on one side and two on the other; therefore, on the ground floor there is another room (with separate entrance) used as a laundry room. From the patio there is access to the private garden (about 100 square metres), where there is a table, chairs, sun umbrella and barbecue. The house is completely furnished with new or antique furniture (18th and 19th century Tuscan furniture). We have a television (satellite), a DVD player, a radio and a CD player. We have not yet installed a telephone, but telephone and computer are available at our office (no more than 50 metres away). There is an Internet connection, so it is also possible to phone (and send messages) via WhatsApp. A central heating system (oil) has also been installed. And, of course, a working fireplace graces the kitchen: what would a mountain house be without it?
