An apartment with very comfort you would have at home where you’ll be fascinated by the genuine charm of the Tuscan countryside. The space (54 sqm) is the result of an accurate restoration ended in 2018. The accommodation consists of one comfortable kitchen; one dining room/living room with a 42 inch satellite TV and sofa bed; one double bedroom with two walk-in closets; one big bathroom with shower; one laundry room with washing machine/dryer and iron. WI-FI and heating and air-conditioning systems are included in the price. The structure, situated on a hill which dominates the medieval village of Lastra a Signa, is in a strategic position since you can reach the city-center and the railway station in a 15 minutes walk. It is possible to arrive to the center of Florence by train in 15 minutes and the railway station also connects the village to Pisa, Siena, Lucca and Bologna. On demand, a shuttle service is available to get to the railway station, and to the airports of Pisa and Firenze. Our hosts will enjoy the serenity of the neighborhood but also the presence of several comforts such as: -a parking lot is 50 meters away -a mini-market is 100 meters away -a local restaurant is 150 meters away Moreover, the center of Lastra a Signa provides all the additional services you may require as a shopping center with supermarket, cash machine and bank, post-of?ce, car rental, restaurants/ pizzerias, patisseries, cafés. On demand, there is the possibility of organizing various types of day trips in Tuscany. OSPITI The apartment is part of the “La Residenza dei Piaceri Perduti” complex together with another one and it is located under a characteristic vault. The landlord lives in the immediate surroundings which makes prompt interventions possible 24h. We are committed to help our guests before their arrival or reservation answering their question as soon as possible. Thanks to the recent restoration (ended in 2018) we were able to give the apartment all the comforts that modernity enables combined with a style which enhances the beauty of the original structure and the authentic bricks.
