La Terrazza tra il Mare e gli Ulivi is a bright and spacious studio apartment with a fantastic sea view terrace. The flat is located on the top floor of a five-storey building with lift. The apartment consists of a living room with a double sofa bed, a kitchenette and a sleeping area with a double bed, a bathroom and a balcony with a spiral staircase leading to a beautiful furnished terrace with a sea view. La Terrazza tra il Mare e gli Ulivi is equipped with every comfort, air conditioning, Wifi and is ideally located a few steps from the beach and the centre of Lavagna. Lavagna is a town in the Gulf of Tigullio, which over time has grown from a small village to a very important and well-known seaside and tourist resort, while maintaining its characteristic Ligurian structure, with its narrow streets full of shops and workshops. The wide beach, about 4 kilometres long, allows easy access to the sea thanks to the low shoreline and the sea is crystal clear: these qualities make it an ideal summer destination for families with children. The town also has one of the largest marinas in the Mediterranean.
