We recommend strolling or biking on the unique, historical tree-lined walls that enclose the city or along the city alleys, where you can discover antique buildings, churches, squares and beautiful views, as well as old workshops, quaint shops and typical trattorias. In other words, Lucca is a city with special charm and is ready to be discovered. Many events taking place in Lucca all the year around make it a perfect choice for your holidays.Just to name a few of them: Lucca Comics and Games exhibition for comics enthusiasts, the lyric season during October/November, the operas, classical and religious concerts hold in the churches of the centre from April - June, the Summer Festival during July/August, the arts and craft market, the market of antiques, taking place in different squares and lanes of the centre and taking place every 3rd weekend of a month and much more.The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of an antique “palazzo”, just a few steps away from Via Fillungo and from the wonderful Piazza Anfiteatro, heart of the historic centre of Lucca. Utility room with washing machine, iron and ironing board. This cozy apartment has been furnished with great care and has high ceilings and big windows, which make it very bright.
