Discover the charm of staying in the heart of the Alto Garda Bresciano Park, with our holiday flat located in Tignale, an ideal place for families or groups of cohabitants, eager to explore the beauty and tranquillity of Lake Garda. Immersed in a setting rich in history and culture, we offer the perfect combination of modern comfort and enchanting nature.
Inside, the flat welcomes its guests with a warm and inviting atmosphere. It consists of two bedrooms, one with a double bed (160 x 190cm) and the other with two single beds (80 x 190cm), ideal for a comfortable rest after a day of adventures. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and bidet, while the living room-kitchen, which serves as the heart of the house, is conveniently equipped with a comfortable sofa, satellite TV, a table with chairs and a kitchen complete with a gas cooker, microwave oven, toaster, coffee machine and refrigerator with freezer.
Please note: during periods when heating is needed, this has to be paid extra, according to your own consumption and the price of the heating company. In the flat there is a timer for autonomous temperature management.
Outside, the flat boasts two lovely terraces. The first, located at the entrance, creates a cosy atmosphere with a small table and two chairs, perfect for enjoying a coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. The second terrace, accessible from the living room-kitchen, offers a larger place to relax, equipped with a table, four chairs, two sun loungers and a parasol, ideal for al fresco dining or simply savouring the peace of the place.
