The trullo is in the countryside, about 3km from the small, baroque village of Martina Franca.

Outside (completely fenced) there is a large pergola with a table, chairs and a barbecue. There is also a 7 x 4m swimming pool for your own exclusive use. Around the pool there is a sun terrace with two parasols, five loungers and an outdoor shower. The pool is completely fenced and accessed via a gate. In a small corner there is also a small vegetable garden. A private, roofed car parking space is provided. A whirlpool, a small fitness room, bicycles, a laundry room with a washing machine (payable) and a large, completely fenced garden with typical Mediterranean plants and fruit trees are available for shared use.

The trullo of around 60m² has a bathroom with a shower, a bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200cm) and a bedroom with two single beds (90 x 200cm) that can be joined together as a double bed on request. Both bedrooms feature a shabby chic décor and each have a wardrobe, bedside tables, a dresser, an armchair and a TV (satellite reception). There is also a living room-kitchen with a table and chairs. The kitchen is equipped with a gas stove, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and fridge. The trullo was renovated in 2014, observing local traditions and new insulation techniques, which ensure a pleasant indoor climate during the hot summer months. The trullo is accessed via an electric gate. Wireless Internet access is available (max. 2GB per week).

The nearest supermarket is about 2.5km from the trullo. The nearest restaurants are about a kilometre away. Martina Franca is in the centre of Puglia. From here you can visit Valle d’Itria, Lecce and Salento, Bari, Matera and its Sassi. Spend relaxing beach days by the Ionian or Adriatic Sea. There are golf courses about 25m from the trullo.

The trullo is accessed via a somewhat narrow, asphalted road with little traffic. A car is recommended. If you would like to hire bicycles, go on a boat trip or attend a cookery course, the owners are happy to assist with bookings.
