This holiday apartment is on the first floor of a detached apartment house on a residence complex in the villa district of Meran-Obermais, as an ideal starting point for hikes, bicycle trips or simply strolls through town.
The apartment has a private balcony with garden furniture and a detached, fenced garden with an outdoor pool for shared use. Six private parking spaces are available. Pets are not allowed.
The studio of around 35m² has a living room with a pull-out sofa bed for two people, satellite TV, a table with chairs, as well as a kitchen corner, equipped with an oven, induction hob, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, toaster and coffee machine. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed 180cm wide and a satellite TV. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, bidet, washbasin and hairdryer. Central heating and Wi-Fi are available in all the rooms. The owner can provide board games for all ages.
It is 8 to 10 minutes on foot along the promenade to the old town centre of Meran or the thermal baths. It is just a two-minute walk to the nearest restaurant, a pizzeria. The nearest supermarket, a pharmacy and a bank are not much further away.
