Holiday house in the centre of Monopoli with terrace and sea view, a few steps from the beach The house is recently renovated and consists of two floors and a beautiful terrace from which you can enjoy a splendid panorama. If you want to enjoy the wonderful sea that characterises this stretch of coastline, the excellent Apulian food and the nightlife offered by the town and in particular the well-known coastal clubs, this is the right choice for you.
On the ground floor there is a living room with a sofa and a fully equipped kitchenette;
on the 1st floor there is a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower;
on the 2nd floor there is a beautiful terrace with a side view of the sea and a table and chairs.
