Farmhouse with swimming pool in the Tuscan hills in a spa area completely renovated in 2016 Immersed in a green oasis of woodland and olive groves, the house is located in a charming panoramic position over the Valdinievole valley with views of Monsummano Alto Castle, the medieval village of Montevettolini, the Padule di Fucecchio Nature Reserve and the Grotta Giusti spa, which is only 700 metres away. Less than 7 km from the motorway and in a strategic position in Tuscany: only 42 km from Florence and Peretola airport, 20 km from Lucca and 50 km from Pisa and Galileo Galilei airport.

On the first floor 4 rooms, completely renovated, are furnished with style and personality, equipped with air conditioning, independent heating, parquet floor and all with panoramic views. 1) Junior Suite with a double bed (170x190) and bathroom (with shower, bidet and washbasin) plus an area separated by a sliding glass door with 2 poufs that convert into single beds; 2) Room with loft and double bed (160x190) with bathroom (shower, bidet and washbasin) and, in the loft area on the upper floor: two mattress beds (90x190) on the wooden floor, with another small bathroom (only with toilet and washbasin). 3) Double room with 2 single beds ( 90x190) and bathroom (shower bidet and washbasin) ; 4) room with double bed (160x190) with bathroom complete with shower bidet and washbasin. Outside, a veranda with tables where you can have breakfast and lunch in the open air while enjoying the spectacular view.
