This beautiful holiday home is located at the end of the picturesque village of Iano, whose origins date back to Etruscan times, in a very peaceful area in the triangle formed by the provinces of Siena, Florence and Pisa. The house has been carefully restored and furnished in an elegant 1900s style. Very comfortable and quiet, the villa enjoys an enchanting view over the typical Tuscan landscape. The house is surrounded by olive trees and in the well-kept garden there is a swimming pool (6 m x 9 m, open from May or April to October) with a children's pool, a wrought-iron garden tent with a splendid view of Volterra, the Val d'Elsa and the beautiful hills. In the garden, wrought-iron tables and chairs will allow you to read a good book or sip a good wine in peace, a gazebo, a barbecue area and a wood-burning oven for your happy dinners. The villa, measuring approximately 225 square metres, consists of 4 bedrooms (2 doubles and 2 twins, all double), 4 bathrooms with shower and a large living room. with satellite TV and a fireplace, dining room and fully equipped kitchen (2 fridges, oven, four-burner stove, dishwasher, German coffee machine, toaster), storage room. Through its doors you have direct access to the garden, where you can enjoy the swimming pool and the terrace. Guests can also make use of the laundry room, air conditioning and Wi-Fi internet access. A gym is also within walking distance of the house (about 200 m), from where you can also reach the church, a bar-restaurant, a minimarket and a typical Tuscan restaurant. This villa is the ideal place to visit San Gimignano, Volterra (both about 20 km away) and all the other Tuscan art cities in a short time and by car (Florence, Pisa, Lucca and Siena are about 60-65 km away).
