The park is totally fenced off and creates a lot of privacy within the property and becomes a safe area for children. The 33-square-metre swimming pool and its sunbeds and deckchairs are for your use, as are the 3 large gazebos. A 16 square metre gazebo is used as a relaxation area and shade for the pool area. The main gazebo of the property is 30 square metres, located in the immediate vicinity of the entrance to the house, as well as the large masonry barbecue, equipped with a majestic travertine table where it is possible to set up to 12 places at the table; under the large gazebo you will also find a large baroque sofa to relax while admiring the unforgettable view of the sunset over the Montecarlo hill.
