This charming holiday flat in Pergola can accommodate up to 3 people and is ideal for a relaxing stay in the Marche region. It is located on the ground floor and has a bedroom and a bathroom with shower. A highlight is the pool, which is shared with other guests, as well as the picturesque garden, which is also shared and invites you to linger outdoors. The glass patio doors offer a wonderful view of the illuminated swimming pool. The adjoining terrace with BBQ offers additional space for cosy hours.

For self-catering, the flat is equipped with an induction hob, a capsule coffee machine and a dishwasher. There is also a washing machine that you can share with other guests. A fan provides refreshment on warmer days, while the fireplace creates a cosy atmosphere on cooler evenings.
