The apartment Rita of 60 sqm is part of the farmhouse Antico Borgo La Torre, located 27 km south-east of Florence, in a sunny and quiet position, immersed in the green Tuscan countryside.The farm has 32 hectares of land comprising of vineyards, olive groves and a large natural garden with a small private lake and a 20-meter pool which all guests can enjoy.

Near the entrance to the holiday apartment, in the shared garden, a table and chairs are provided for guests.Guests can enjoy a 20 metre long swimming pool overlooking the lake and relax in the calm of the countryside. The swimming pool is open in the summer months. Please note that the wearing of a swimming cap is compulsory.In the farmhouse private car park, there is an electric car charging point.

The holiday apartment is located in one of the 2 main buildings of the farmhouse. It is on the ground floor and comprises a kitchen-living room, bedroom and bathroom. Like the other holiday accommodation of this agriturismo, this apartment has also been decorated thoughtfully in a rustic style and exudes a very homely atmosphere. In the living area there is an inviting seating corner with a sofa and armchair, for cosy togetherness, while the dining table awaits you for meals together. The sofa bed in this room is for children up to 12 years. The kitchen area is behind the living area in an open room without a door. In the fully-equipped kitchen there is a gas stove, oven and fridge with freezer compartment. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed, the bathroom has a shower and bidet. In addition, the holiday apartment provides digital television in the living room, independent gas heating, and a washing machine in the kitchen.All the rooms in the holiday apartment, including the bathroom and shower, are wheelchair accessible.

The farmhouse lies in the centre of the triangle Firenze-Siena-Arezzo. It is the perfect place to relax and enjoy nature, and also the ideal base from which to enjoy the cultural heritage of Tuscany.The nearest railway station (3 km away) is Figline-Valdarno, from which you can reach the centre of Florence or Arezzo in 20 minutes.
