This spacious 3.5-room holiday flat (100 sqm) is located on the beach promenade of Ventimiglia. Walking distance to the public pebble beach 3 minutes away. Living room and both bedrooms with sea view. Kitchen complete with kitchen utensils. Lift available. Two balconies with sea view towards the Côte d'Azur. You will also find fresh fruit, vegetables and a large fish market at the Ventimiglia market every day. There is no charge for using the beach and showers are available. Balconies 2017/2018 were newly made! The flat is also used by the owner from time to time. You also have the opportunity to explore the beautiful neighbouring towns, e.g. San Remo, Montecarlo, Nice...etc etc.
Excursion possibilities: Albenga: In Albenga there is the Aqua Park "Parco Acquatico le Caravelle".
Pigna: In Pigna you will find the thermal baths of Pigna.
