The villa was completely renovated in 2011/12, retaining many of its original features, and is now available for short term rental.

The villa comprises a large garden (approx. 500 sqm), a spacious covered terrace (approx. 100 sqm) with wrought-iron table and chairs, barbecue and a relaxation area with sun loungers, outdoor shower, swimming pool (8 x 4 m) and Jacuzzi.

The villa is spread over three floors: the main villa is on the ground and first floor, while the attic, which is the property of this listing, houses an independent flat with a modern kitchen and living room (with a double sofa bed), two double bedrooms (each with a double bed measuring 1.90 x 2.00 m) and two bathrooms with shower, washbasin and WC. A hiking trail offers easy access to both the village of Domaso, located downstream, and the village of Vercana, located upstream. The cities of Como, Lecco and Milan, as well as the nearby Valtellina, are easily accessible by car, hydrofoil, bus or train.

Sports enthusiasts can choose from a variety of activities: surfing, kitesurfing, water-skiing, sailing, tennis and golf; you can hire a boat to explore the beauty of the lake, or enjoy wonderful excursions (on foot or mountain bike) in the mountains or along the shore.

The recently completed renovation has maintained the Art Nouveau style typical of early 20th century Larian villas, partially restoring the mansard, but has equipped the property with functional furnishings and modern technology.
