The villa is located in a dominant and exclusive panoramic position in the hills of Vinci, (Tuscany) 35 km from Florence
The outside area is very spacious and private, with areas equipped with shading and sun loungers for relaxing as well as the swimming pool, games such as table tennis and table football are available, 4 mbt bicycles, private parking inside, tables for lunch and dinner outside.
The resort consists of two flats, one 150 metres and one 50 metres, both with fully equipped kitchens with oven, dishwasher, air conditioning, washing machine, and everything needed for cooking with ample indoor and outdoor equipment.
From the residence it is only a few kilometres to the many cities of art in Tuscany and the Chianti region: Florence, Siena, Lucca, Pisa, San Gimignano are all reachable and can be visited in a day, returning in the evening to the tranquillity of the farmhouse.
