Located on the ground floor of a cosy family home, it offers the perfect combination of comfort and tranquillity. Its proximity to the town centre, which is just a 10-minute walk away, allows you to easily explore the beauty of the area. Comfort and a fantastic location make this place the perfect holiday paradise

Welcome to the 70m2 air-conditioned flat on the ground floor of a cosy family home. Next to us is another beautiful flat for 2 or 3 people for rent. The flat has two spacious bedrooms with double beds and wardrobes for maximum comfort. The bedrooms are separated from the living area by an anteroom, which provides a touch of intimacy.

The main bathroom is well equipped with shower, WC, washbasin with mirror, hairdryer and we provide two bath towels per person. A guest toilet is conveniently located next to the main bathroom. In the living area you will find air conditioning, Wi-Fi connection and a beautiful partial sea view.

The fully equipped kitchen comes with a dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, kettle and all the necessary kitchen utensils. Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining area has a table and chairs. In the entrance area, an inviting living area with sofa bed and satellite TV invites you to relax.

From the living room you have direct access to the covered terrace, a perfect place to share special moments. You have the option of sharing the barbecue area, car park and courtyard with other guests. The fully fenced backyard ensures security and privacy. Let yourself be enveloped by the tranquillity of this space designed with attention to detail, welcoming you with warmth and style throughout your stay.

* We kindly ask our dear guests:

- to respect the neighbours and to behave quietly and discreetly, especially at night or during the afternoon rest,

- for safety reasons, switch off the air conditioning and the dishwasher when they are not in the accommodation,

- to use the accommodation equipment with care,

- leave empty containers behind and wash used cutlery and kitchen utensils,

- to report any damage caused to the owner, whereby the owner will demand payment of the damage costs in cash after careful assessment of the damage before departure,

- to indicate the expected departure time one day before departure in order to arrange the handover of the keys.

* The accommodation must be vacated by 10.00 am on the last day of the stay.
