The villa features 4 spacious bedrooms with king-size beds and 4 elegant bathrooms, as well as a fully equipped kitchen connected to an open-plan living area with direct access to the outdoor space.For active guests, there is a fitness room, along with table tennis and badminton.
On the ground floor, you’ll find the kitchen, open-plan living room, a bathroom, and the fitness room.The first floor hosts three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Two bedrooms have private bathrooms and a shared exit to a large terrace, while the third bedroom’s bathroom is located in the hallway. On the second floor, there is a very spacious master bedroom with a private bathroom and access to a beautiful rooftop terrace offering an incredible view of the city of Pula.
The entire accommodation is air-conditioned, and each bedroom is equipped with a TV.
The beautifully maintained outdoor area features a refreshing swimming pool, exclusive lounge furniture, sun loungers, umbrellas, an electric grill, and a covered dining terrace.
