Modern furnished holiday apartment with a private sea view balcony
This beautiful apartment is situated in Osibova bay, a very quiet place with crystal clear sea and pine forests near the house.
Your private sun terrace (16 m2) is equipped with a parasol, table and chairs - and offers beautiful sea views. The property is fenced and is therefore suitable for children. Free parking, moving grill in a yard, possibility of anchoring small rubber boat (there is boat mooring on the beach).
The holiday apartment is on the first floor of the two-storey house. The ceilings are very high and apartment is very airy and nice. It has 60 m2, two bedrooms, a nice big dining room connected to the fully equipped kitchen, one bathroom and a separate guest toilet.
The living room has a flatscreen TV and a double sofa bed. There is also a bedroom next to it, which includes a double bed (180 cm) and another bedroom with a double bed (140 cm). The kitchen is complete with utensils and dishes to prepare and serve food and drinks, a refrigerator, mini-freezer, cook top with an oven (stove), Coffee maker, kettle, microwave oven, dishwasher and a dining area, as well as an adjoining bathroom with a shower. Air conditioning, TV, Internet access, baby cot and a washing machine are available on request.
Distance from the sea and closest beach is 70 m. Te beach can be reached by a staircase. Parasol is available on the beach. The house is approximately 2 km away from Milna, the south–west side of the island of Brac. There is a post office, Acy marina, caffe bars, restaurants, market in Milna and it takes you 5 minutes if you go by car or 20 minutes if you are on foot. It is close enough to everything that you might need.
There is a travel bed for small children in the holiday home ( on request and without charge).
