In a quiet and new residential area in Crikvenica, there is this newly built 2022 holiday house with a swimming pool.The holiday house, decorated with style, is suitable for 4 people and is divided into a ground floor and a first floor.On the ground floor, you enter the living room with kitchen and dining room, which is fully equipped. There is a bathroom and a laundry room here. You have access to the outside area from the living room.The internal staircase leads to the 1st floor. The first bedroom has separate beds that can be joined if necessary. This room has a beautiful view of the sea, the pool, and the village of Kotor on a nearby hill. The second bedroom is equipped with a double bed and has its own bathroom with a showerThe outdoor area offers a partially covered terrace, which is equipped with a large table and chairs and is ideal for pleasant hours together. A high-quality Weber gas grill will only contribute to an even nicer atmosphere. Next to the pool, there are 2 deckchairs available for sunbathing and lounging, as well as an outdoor shower.
