The Duga House is a vacation rental property located in Crikvenica, a charming town in the Primorje-Gorski Kotar County of Croatia. Known for its stunning Adriatic coastlines, vibrant beaches, and pleasant Mediterranean climate, Crikvenica is a popular tourist destination. Sea View: The apartment offers a balcony with breathtaking views of the Adriatic Sea, allowing guests to relax and enjoy the scenic surroundings. Note: Pets are not allowed. Public parking is available and in front of and around the house. Wi-Fi is available throughout the property. There is a daily fee of 10EURO for using the AC. In case the guest uses the AC on their own without asking the owner, they will have to pay 200EURO for Unauthorized use of the private object without the owner's knowledge An additional bed is charged 10-15EURO depending on the season. In the price, big towels are not included. Iron and hair dryer are on request only. This studio can accommodate up to two guests. It features a satellite TV and is combined with a kitchen. The private bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet. Thanks to its excellent location, everything you'll need for your vacation is just a short walk from the property.
