Villa Grace is the villa for you. A 230 m2 luxury villa with a stunning rooftop pool is situated near the famous touristic choice - Crikvenica.
While the BBQ is in the outdoor area, in the indoor area there is a kitchen waiting for you with everything you need for your master chef role. There are indoor and outdoor dining areas, so, depending on the weather and the time of the year, you have a choice where to dine. The whole house is designed in neutral tones, with a slight pop of colour as well as the touch of wooden aesthetics.
In the indoor area, there are 4 spacious bedrooms, where 3 of them have an en-suite bathroom. With a total property of 600 m2 for a maximum of 8 people, this modernly designed beauty is truly a showstopper. The first thing we must mention is the rooftop terrace. Situated right by the pool, this terrace is perfect for soaking up all the sun you need. You can walk to the beach that is right next to the house! Even though the panoramic view is excellent from the rooftop terrace, there is a terrace on the below floor that has an amazing view too.
The city of Rijeka is a must-see destination! The biggest island in Croatia, Krk, is so close you could swim to it. Not choosing this masterpiece of Villa would be a great miss for you.
Pets are allowed in the house but with an additional charge and events and massage can be available upon request. While staying in this precious beauty, we recommend you visit the cities of Crikvenica and Novi Vinodolski, well-known summer destinations in this part of Croatia.
