The house is part of a semi-detached building with a private entrance to its own fenced yard.The ground floor consists of a kitchen, dining room and living room with direct access to the terrace and pool.Kitchen equipment consists of: stove (3 gas + 1 electric), oven, refrigerator with freezer, hood and coffee maker. A flat screen sattv is located in the living area with a sofa. Wifi is available.The terrace is covered with direct access to the pool. A fitness bike is also available.There is one guest toilet on the ground floor.On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms and one bathroom with shower, toilet and sink.One bedroom has a double bed and access to the balcony that it shares with the second bedroom. The second bedroom has a double bed that can be separated, and the third bedroom has two single beds.Pets are welcome with prior notice and a small fee.One parking space is located in front of the house.
