Villa Lumino is located on beautiful Murter, island perfect for a family vacation. The island has both amazing beaches and good gastronomic offer.
On the ground floor of the villa you can find the kitchen, living room, bathroom and laundry room. On the first floor there are 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Two bedrooms have their own bathrooms. All bedrooms have a TV and AC. The bed in each room is 200x160. The kitchen is fully equiped so it has an oven, stove, microwave, coffee machine and a dining table for 12 guests. In the living room you can find two sofa beds for two extra guests. You also have a smart TV, different games and chess board.
There is a heated pool with 10 sun loungers around it. After the pool you can also use the outside shower. The garden is private and it has a terrace with a sunshade underneath which there is an outdoor kitchen and a dinning area for 10 persons. There are 6 parking spaces outside the villa and the property is fully fenced.
The beach is only 50m away from the villa. You can access everything you need on foot, a coffe bar, a restaurant and a market. The city center is only 400m away from the villa.
