The hotel is situated in the old town of Split, only 5-10 minutes walking distance from all the main attractions, such as: the Diocletian's palace, seaside, promenade Riva, museums, beaches, bars and restaurants.

The hotel units were completely renovated from the inside, to keep up with the town’s progress, but on the outside they are still maintaining the spirit of the Mediterranean as it once was.

This authentic dalmatian stone house has 110 m2 and two floors. On the ground floor there is a big living room with kitchenette, one bedroom, big bathroom with a bathtub and a private courtyard with jacuzzi. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, a dinning room, a fully equipped kitchen with access to both balconies and a small bathroom with shower. It is suitable for 6 persons.

Divota apartment hotel is situated in the pedestrian zone of the old town, and does not have a private parking lot.

Public parking space is situated 20 meters from the reception and it is charged per hour.

From Monday to Friday it is charged from 7:00am until 19:00 pm and on Saturdays from 7:00am until 14:00 pm. On Sundays the parking is free of charge.

Please have in mind that this parking is not guarded and that you can pay with coins, daily ticket or with application.

Focusing on healthy living, we have a vision of creating our own certified organic products, and expanding towards the same goal. We take pride on Divota’s biodynamic gardens, and the choice of our local partners. Our mission is to offer each and one of our guests the option of a healthy meal for the very start of the day. The kitchen and the breakfast room are located in one of our houses in Radmilovica 39 street. The guests are informed and shown to the breakfast room, and during the high season it is served from 7:30 am until 11:00 am every day.
