Our beautiful Villa Dream with pool is located in the small village of Kapelica in the immediate vicinity of the town of Labin in Istria. The location of the villa is the perfect starting point for a holiday. The area is suitable for a combination of beach holidays, active holidays and excursions.

Our Villa Dream can accommodate 6 people.
The villa is tastefully furnished with attention to detail. The single-storey house consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a cosy living and dining area and three spacious bedrooms. All bedrooms have a double bed and a fully equipped bathroom.
From the villa you have direct access to the large outdoor area. Access is via the living and dining area and from two bedrooms. At the front of the villa is the spacious and beautiful pool and outdoor area. On warm summer days, you can refresh yourself in the pool or relax comfortably on one of the six summer loungers.
The beautiful covered terrace with a large dining table and the marvellous outdoor kitchen with built-in barbecue is directly connected to the pool area. The barbecue invites you to prepare the delicious specialities of Istrian cuisine.
In the immediate vicinity you will find extensive shopping facilities. The sea and the most beautiful beaches near Rabac are just 8 kilometres away. The beautiful holiday villa Dubi is the perfect choice to enjoy a special holiday.
