Apartment Zoric

House:
Apartment Zoric is located in the quiet Komolac area, only 10 minute ride to the Old Town of Dubrovnik. Apartment Zoric offers accommodation in one unit with a private furnished balcony. Wi-fi is available throughout the property. A washing machine, iron, and ironing board are at your disposal. Free private parking is provided, reservation is not needed. A baby cot is available upon request. Note : Double Bed is available This two bedroom apartment with balcony can accommodate up to four people. It features air conditioning as well as Cable LCD TV. The open space living room comes with sofa and sitting area, and it's combined with the equipped kitchen and dining area. The private bathroom comes with shower and toilet. Free toiletries, hair dryer as well as linens and towels are at your disposal. Due to the properties good location, everything you may need during your stay can be found in the area. Apartment is situated 1 km from the ACI marina and 8 km away from Dubrovnik's old town. Bus stop with direct lines to the Dubrovnik is only 50 m away. Market as well as restaurant are located only 50 m away. The closest beach is 500 m from Apartment Zoric. Dubrovnik's Main Bus Station and Ferry Port, connecting the mainland with various Dalmatian islands, are 6 km away, while Dubrovnik Airport is 23 km away.

Remarks:
The interior of the accommodation can differ slightly from the pictures. However, the level of comfort is as described It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house

We had a great stay!The apartment looks new, very clean, spacious and cozy,\r\nIt has a fully equipped kitchen with all kinds of kitchen appliances, crockery, cutlery,\r\nThe host has prepared a bottle of sparkling wine, a bottle of mineral water and a packet of juice in the fridge as welcome drinks for us,\r\nThe beds are very comfortable, However there are no aircon in the 2 bedrooms, The only aircon is in the living room, This is the downside as we have to keep the bedroom doors open when we sleep so as to get some aircon from the living room as it is very warm at night,\r\nThere is a washing machine in the bathroom which is very nice as we could wash our clothes since we stayed for a couple of nights, It would be nicer if there is a dryer as well, \r\nOverall, it was a great experience!

Tolle Unterkunft!Das Apartment ist wunderschön eingerichtet und die Besitzer sehr freundlich, Wir bekamen such wertvolle Tips für unseren Aufenthalt, Es gibt Busse die bis zur Altstadt fahren (alle 15 Min, für 2€), Die Bushaltestellen sind ca, 5 Minuten vor dem Apartment, Es gibt auch einen Supermarkt und eine Tankstelle in der Nähe!

Everything as it’s brand new, The bed was as good as any 5 star hotel, Super easy to get to the Old town as there is a bus stop right across the road, Also a supermarket, Highly Recommend it, \nThe only issue Is google maps doesn’t recognise it as it’s a brand new development but if you put in “ The Fairy s Cave “ that apartment is in the same complex and will take you right there

Modern flat with all amenities in quiet areaIt had all facilities and was very modern, I liked that it has a washing mashine which was really important to us, There is a bus stop nearby so the flat is very well connected to Dubrovnic city center, The host left some beer and juice in the fridge which was nice and made us feel welcome,

Friendly Hosts!Me and my partner really enjoyed our stay at Apartment Zoric, it exceeded our expectations and the hosts were polite, professional and very friendly, they went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, The apartment had everything you could need and was clean, spacious and very modern, Location is also brilliant, very close to old town (10 min drive) also there is a bus stop nearby, The Mountain View’s outside are spectacular and the area feels very safe with friendly neighbours, Would definitely recommend staying here!
