Villa is located in a peaceful area of Risika on the island of Krk.
Near Risika there is Vrbnik. It is one of the most famous wine regions in Croatia. Here you will find wine cellars where you will be able to try the best wines. Also, in the center of Vrbnik, restaurants are waiting for you for a full gourmet experience.
In the yard of the villa there is a swimming pool (salt water + hydromassage) and a covered terrace. Villa has 1100 m2 large yard and the yard is completely fenced.
On the ground floor of the villa there is a spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen (microwave, dishwasher, deep freezer), one bedroom with bathroom and separate bathroom. Next to the living room is a terrace with a sitting set. On the ground floor there are two rooms, each with its own bathroom, air conditioning and television. The villa has a sofa bed in the space between the two rooms.
The villa is fully air conditioned.
The nearest sandy beach is 2 km away, the shop is 300 m and the nearest restaurant is 5 km.
