Wellness Villa is located in the Grizane, Croatia. Crikvenica costal town is located near Grizane and its known for its beautiful beaches, clear, waters, and vibrant nightlife. This place is a perfect spot for a nice and relaxing family or friends' vacation and can enjoy sunbathing, swimming, water sports, and exploring the town's historic center. Our villa is family- and adult-friendly, perfect for guests seeking a comfortable and respectful stay. Please note that minors and groups under 21 without parental supervision are not permitted. If your group includes guests under 21 alongside those 21 or older, please inform us at the time of booking – groups aged 21+ are very welcome! Note: Baby cot is available upon request. Baggage drop-off is available before Check In. Private parking is available on site, reservation is not required. BBQ facilities at guest's disposal. Free Wi-fi is available throughout the property. Pets are allowed with notice — 35.00 Euro per night, per pet is not included in price. Guests pay a damage deposit of: EURO800 Pool is heated from 15.05. till 01.10. This Four Bedroom Villa with Swimming Pool accommodate up to 8 people. It features flat screen TV as well as video game console.
