The house is on the outskirts of the little village of Milinki near Tinjan in the Istrian region. The nearest house is 100 metres away and so you can enjoy absolute peace and privacy.
The 5000m² plot of land with plenty of greenery and trees provides ample space for a family with children. There is a 40m² pool with sun loungers and a parasol. There is also a roofed dining area with a grill.
The 90m² living space of the villa provides a spacious living and dining room with a sofa suite, satellite TV, a fireplace and a dining table with chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas and electric stove, dishwasher and a fridge-freezer. The three bedrooms each have a double bed. Two of them are equipped with a satellite TV.
