New, comfortable and modern apartment; fast Wi-Fi; center of Kastela; 250 meters from the sea & nearest beach, 3 km from Marina Kaštela and 5 km from Split Airpoart; 15 minute drive to the city of Split and Trogir.
The space:
Our spacious luxury "Matic apartment" is the perfect getaway place for families and friends. Fully equipt kitchen with all the aparature (microwave, toaster, fridge, dish washer, stove...), a dining room table with 8 chairs, spacious and comfortable living room with a big Flat screen plasma TV. In front of the house is a nice terrase with available barbacue space with a traditional dalmatian grill. There are 3 bedrooms with 3 king size bed and also 2 bathroom with toilet, shower and a laundry washing/drying machine. There are 2 air conditioning.
Guest access:
The rented space is fully available, with access to the front yard and the barbacue. Free parking and garage are available in front of the house.
Other things to note:
All the content in and around the apartment are free to use for guests.
Getting around:
Kastelas connection with Split and Trogir is excellent. Public transport is available every 15 minutes in all directions and the bus stop is just 50 meters from the house. Train station to Split is also 5-10 minutes from the apartment and takes You directly to the center. Also thanks to the vacinity of the local Marina you can visit the nearby islands using ships which gives you a unique way to explore the Dalmatian coast. You should be able to get to Split and Trogir in 15-20 minutes by car and in 25-30 minutes by bus from the apartment. At the same time, Split Airport is only 5 kilometers from the apartment.
