A new, modern arranged house with a swimming pool, is located in Linardici, a small town near the town of Krk on the island of Krk, in a quiet environment, ideal for a relaxing holiday. In the yard of 800 m2, there is a spacious house of 135 m2, with a swimming pool, terrace with barbecue and gathering space, and the house is surrounded by greenery. The large terrace is connected with a comfortable living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen, and a toilet. On the ground floor, there is one bedroom with a bathroom with a shower. On the first floor, there are three rooms with double beds, two bathrooms with showers, and one with a bathtub. A closed parking lot is available for guests. Villa is air-conditioned, and Wi-Fi, TV-SAT, dishwasher, and washing machine are available. The pebble beach is about 1700 m away from the villa. Pets are allowed on a request basis for a fee.
