This newly renovated family house is 450 m from the beach and 900 m from the center of Njivice. The house consists of two apartments. The two-storey apartment for 4 to 6 persons, located on the 1st and 2nd floor, consists of a living room with a fully equipped kitchen and dining area and a toilet on the 1st floor and two bedrooms and bathrooms with shower. One room is double with matrimonial bed and the other is double with two single beds. Each floor has a balcony. There are three air conditioners, TV-SAT, WIFI and parking. The second apartment for 2 to 4 persons is on the ground floor and consists of one bedroom with matrimonial bed and another single bed, living room with kitchen and dining room, bathroom with shower and terrace. There are are air conditioning, TV-SAT, WIFI and parking. Behind the house there is a shared terrace with barbecue.
