Surrounded by the sea on the south and east side, Ližnjan is a small fishing village, 2 km from the tourist centre of Medulin, on the southern tip of Istria. The nearby sandy island can be reached daily by taxi boat. The large Premantura National Park with its many bays and pebble beaches is unique. In the town of Pula, 12 kilometres away, there are Roman monuments such as the Arena, museums, shopping streets, many street cafés, a large weekly market and fish market.
On the large plot with fig and olive trees and Mediterranean plants there are four tennis courts, two of them with lighting. Brick barbecue with beer tap and covered terrace for communal use. Parking facilities on the property.
