This flat is located on the outskirts of Jezera, in the southern part of the holiday island of Murter. The harbour is only 500 metres away.
You enter the accommodation via the outside staircase through your own front door. Enjoy a few pleasant hours on the furnished terrace. An outdoor barbecue is available for communal use. There are three car parking spaces with shade cover and electric roller shutter at the house.
This is a small flat for two adults and one child. The shower, washbasin, WC and bathroom cabinet are located in a separate room. In the living area there is a beautiful fitted kitchen with a two-ring hob, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave and dining table with four chairs. German digital television is available for your entertainment. Naturally, you can also enjoy air conditioning. There are two single beds (1.00 m x 2.00 m) in the bedroom and a sofa bed (1.40 m x 2.00 m) in the living room. Bath and bed linen as well as kitchen towels are provided.
The village of Jezera is located on the island of Murter and can be reached from the mainland via a bridge. It is eight minutes from the house to the sea and the beach. The sea is clean and clear, there are showers and snack bars. A boat trailer parking space can be arranged next door.
There is a washing machine and tumble dryer in the laundry room. Use is free of charge.
