Welcome to Casa Gojtan, a newly built and modernly decorated house. This house for six people provides a pleasant environment for guests. A large kitchen with a dining room and a living room allows for comfortable gatherings and socializing.
The house has three bedrooms. The first has a comfortable double bed 160 cm wide, the second has a bed 140 cm wide, while the third room has a bed for one person. In the living room there is a sofa bed that provides additional sleeping space for two people.
Surrounded by a large garden, the house provides a sense of privacy and space. In front of the house there is a spacious terrace equipped with a barbecue, ideal for preparing delicious meals outdoors. Also, guests have access to a pool that is available only for their use, providing the opportunity to refresh and relax.
This single-storey house for holiday rental is the perfect place for families or small groups who want to enjoy modern and comfortable accommodation, and at the same time have access to the outdoor area and swimming pool for complete enjoyment during their vacation.
