Welcome to our beautiful holiday home in Novigrad, Istria! This charming house extends over two floors offering comfortable accommodation for your family or friends.
On the ground floor, you will find a spacious kitchen with a dining room, a comfortable living room and a modern bathroom with a shower and a toilet. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances, including an electric stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker, so you can enjoy preparing your meals.
On the first floor there are three comfortable bedrooms, each with comfortable beds, and an additional bathroom with shower and toilet. Outside, a spacious terrace with a barbecue awaits you, ideal for enjoying outdoor meals, while you can seek refreshment in the private pool.
The price includes many amenities such as parking, SAT TV, air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, internet and swimming pool, ensuring you a pleasant and carefree stay.
